Sushi Classes are instructed by our Executive Chef, Meaghan Kemper. Classes are generally every other Tuesday at 6pm, but are done so by appointment only. They generally last between one and two hours depending on size.
Sushi Classes are perfect for special occasions such as birthday parties or presents. The cost is 50 dollars and includes a take home how-to-make sushi booklet, a beverage of your choice, and you get to choose any Maki roll and learn how to make it. And, of course eat the roll you choose. It also includes "Tastes of Japan". Samples of other types of sushi will be given to students to taste different items then what they chose to roll themselves. Items may include goma wakame salad, unagi, and other maki rolls from our menu. Come hungry! Group rates are available for parties of 8 people or more.
